Heart Rate Social Announces Regulation Crowdfunding Private Placement Offering
AUSTIN, TEXAS [date] — Heart Rate Social is pleased to announce the launch of a private placement offering in accordance with Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg. CF) adopted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) through MicroVentures.
Heart Rate Social’s (“HRS”) mission is to provide its users with a community of active individuals to connect with that prioritize a healthy life-style and share similar interests. HRS’s app aims to connect these individuals based on three categories: dating, friendship, and workouts.
Heart Rate Social has completed testing of its beta app, and is now ready for the next phase of development. It plans to use the proceeds from this offering to help expand its Texas market user base and deploy a paid services business model. The initial focus will be within Austin, before active deployment to the Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio markets. After reaching 10,000 active users, national marketing efforts will target markets such as Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, Boston, and Chicago.
